Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to love your Luce Divina purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lucedivinacandle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label is included with every order at no additional cost. Simply repackage your item and attach the label.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different vessel, size, or scent.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at info@lucedivinacandle.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
